If there is only one condition that is not furnished by the candidate's spouse , the Commission establishes concerned can not follow presidential elections in July.

" The only requirement is not met , ( we set the presidential or vice presidential candidate ) fall , " said Commissioner Commission Kurnia Rizkiyansyah Ferry Building Commission , Central Jakarta , Saturday ( 05/24/2014 ) .
He said that , if there is no qualified candidate , political party or coalition of political parties that can replace the candidate carries . However , Ferry said , the replacement can only be done one time only opportunity .
As if that is not fulfilled merely administrative requirements , according to Ferry , political parties just need to complete it . He said that the Commission give time for three days , which is Tuesday, May 27, 2014 to complete it .
" For example , if the file does not include reports on the wealth of the state apparatus ( LHKPN ) or police record certificate ( SKCK ) , it can be equipped with up to May 27 , " said the former Chairman of the Election Commission of West Java .
Commission has received a registration file two pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidate until Tuesday, May 20, 2014 last . After the registration , the Commission in collaboration with the Indonesian Doctors Association ( IDI ) held a health screening candidates on Thursday and Friday , 22 and 23 May.
